The word Vaar means the day of the week or Din, from Sunday to Saturday and the duration is from the sunrise to the next day’s sunrise.
TITHI
The word Tithi means the date or lunar day. Total Tithi is 30 in numbers, fifteen in Shukla Paksha, and the remaining fifteen in Krishna Paksha.
Paksha: The whole month or Maas is divided into two Paksha of fifteen days each.
Shukla Paksha or bright fortnight
Full moon: Full moon is the phase of the moon we see two weeks after the new moon.

Tithi Kshaya
When a Tithi begins after sunrise and ends after the next day’s sunrise is called Tithi Kshaya or diminishing.
Akshaya Tritiya

1. Kinstughna, 2. Chaturpada, 3. Sakuni, 4. Naga

1. Bava, 2. Balav, 3. Kaulav, 4. Taitula, 5. Garaja, 6. Vanija, 7. Vishti or Bhadra.
